Delete your account
The fastest option is in the app: open Settings → Account → Delete account. Review the deletion summary, confirm the request, and complete any required account verification. This path is available without contacting support.
Deleting a NeuroCircle account does not automatically cancel App Store or Google Play billing. Cancel an active membership in your store subscription settings before deleting the account.
Request deletion without the app
Send the request from the email address connected to the account. We will verify ownership before deletion. Never include your password or recovery codes. We will acknowledge the request and provide the verification steps and expected completion time. Requests are normally completed within 30 days unless a shorter period is required by law or verification is incomplete.

Your profile, posts, messages, connections, uploaded media, communities you own where deletion is permitted, marketplace content, and app preferences are deleted or de-identified. Limited records may be retained when required for fraud prevention, safety investigations, legal obligations, or backup cycling.
What may be retained
Transaction records, valid safety evidence, legal correspondence, and limited enforcement records may be retained when required by law or reasonably needed to prevent fraud, protect people, resolve disputes, or enforce prior restrictions. Retained records are access-controlled and are not kept for unrelated purposes.
Before submitting
- Export anything you want to keep.
- Cancel active Apple or Google subscriptions separately.
- Complete pending Marketplace transactions or disputes.
- Do not send passwords, recovery codes, or payment credentials.
