Copyright Policy

Notices, counter-notices, and repeat infringement.

Effective June 25, 2026

Copyright notices

A copyright owner or authorized agent may send a notice identifying the copyrighted work, the specific NeuroCircle content or location at issue, contact information, a good-faith statement, a statement of accuracy and authority made under penalty of perjury where applicable, and a physical or electronic signature.

Send notices to legal@neurocircle.app with the subject 'Copyright notice.' Incomplete notices may delay review. Do not submit false or abusive claims.

Counter-notices

If content was removed because of a mistake or misidentification, the affected user may submit a legally sufficient counter-notice identifying the removed content, explaining the basis for restoration, providing required contact and jurisdiction statements, and including a signature.

We may forward notices and counter-notices to the parties involved and restore content when legally permitted. We may terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe intellectual-property rights.

Designated agent

A statutory safe-harbor claim may require registration and publication of a designated agent. The registered legal name and mailing address will be added here before public launch if NeuroCircle relies on that process.
